1. Terms of Service

1.1 License Grant

When you purchase a script, template, or software ("Product") from GeekforGigs, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for personal or commercial projects. You own the copy of the software, but you do not own the intellectual property rights.

1.2 Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sub-license the source code "as is" or with minor modifications.
• Claim the source code as your own intellectual property.
• Use the Products to build a competing SaaS or script library.

1.3 Disclaimer of Liability (Crucial for DevOps Tools)

IMPORTANT: Our software (including "Zombie Resource Killer" and "Fortress.sh") performs administrative actions on servers and cloud infrastructure.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
GeekforGigs is not liable for any data loss, service downtime, or cloud infrastructure costs resulting from the use of our scripts. You acknowledge that running automated scripts on production infrastructure carries inherent risks, and you agree to test thoroughly in non-production environments first.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Digital Goods

Due to the nature of digital downloadable goods, we generally do not offer refunds once the source code has been downloaded. Unlike physical goods, source code cannot be "returned."

2.2 Exceptions (The "Bug" Clause)

We stand behind our code. We will issue a full refund if:

• The Product is technically defective or broken.
• The Product is materially different from the description on the landing page.
• You contact support within 14 days of purchase.

To request a refund, please email info@geekforgigs.com with your Order ID and a screenshot of the error.

3. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. We do not sell your personal data.

• Data Collection: We collect your name and email address solely for transaction processing and delivering product updates.
• Payments: All financial transactions are processed securely by third-party providers (Gumroad/Stripe/PayPal). GeekforGigs never sees or stores your credit card information.
